Soon we will be starting what we hope will be the final consultation for Ponsonby Park – the whole site, civic space at 254 Ponsonby Road. The Project Control Steering Group (PCSG) has been working on the Business Case to take to the Local Board and then to Council for budget approval. The PCSG has been looking at the constraints of the existing building and the budget. It has come up with THREE options for YOUR consideration. We will be presenting these – hopefully by this weekend – for a ONE WEEK consultation period. So stay tuned and we will provide you with all the information for each of the THREE choices and HOW to have your say. Exciting!
